A vampire with a nonchalant reputation. Lucien has garnered vast amounts of possessions and wealth, having lived through the many centuries. He operates as a financier of sorts to Letifer and her crew's operation, also bestowing his grand mansion for their usage. 

Lucien is a follower of a higher power only known as the "voiceless one", whose influence is yet to remain a mystery.
